Old World Luxury Meets Modern Comfort

In 2006 the house was completely restored to its former glory. Little is known about the original set-up of the home as it has undergone at least two major changes: once around 1920, most likely when the home was sold to Theodore Wentz; and again when the home started being used as an advertising agency in 1955 until just recently.

It took months to strip the woodwork on the first floor alone and underneath the layers of paint was beautiful Tiger Oak. All of the original hardwood has been preserved and is maintained in the same way as was intended, with natural oils.

Throughout the home, you will find original work from local artists, both traditional and contemporary. Although the Mansion is well over 100 years old, the furnishings are an eclectic blend of both antique and Old World inspired contemporary pieces.
